I had lots of fun this week making this Hollywood themed cake for a special Hollywood themed 30th birthday party. I bet Hollywood has never had a red carpet this tasty before, 3 tiers of deliciously moist choc mud cake covered in chocolate ganache.
Extra special thanks to the amazing Martin who painstakingly cut out every individual square on the roll of film. What an amazing effort & well worth it. The cake looked awesome!
